Wool Dryer Balls are Amazing!

I heard about wool dryer balls a long time ago. I never thought much about them- not sure why…. maybe because I didn’t know anyone that used them and they seemed too good to be true.

But then I started getting customer inquiries about them and so I decided to look into them which led me to make some of my own to try.

I can’t believe how well they work! They cut my drying time by at least 25%. Which is awesome especially with a load of cloth diapers that seem to have to dry FOREVER.

Why not use conventional dryer sheets?

Here are some ingredients found in them:

*Enzyl Acetate: Linked to pancreatic cancer
*Benzyl Alcohol: Upper respiratory tract irritant
*Ethanol: On the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Hazardous Waste list and can cause central nervous system disorders
*A-Terpineol: Can cause respiratory problems, including fatal edema, and central nervous system damage
*Ethyl Acetate: A narcotic on the EPA’s Hazardous Waste list
*Chloroform: Neurotoxic, anesthetic and carcinogenic
*Pentane: A chemical known to be harmful if inhaled
